I'm a goldsmith artisan and soon to be milliner from Finland.

I'm always been interested with accessories. Not as much as now, but I've always thought that a nice piece of accessorie will complete the outfit. I've also made a lot of things with my hands, everything from paper crafts to woodwork, so it wasn't hard to choose when I wanted to do something creative. And I have also goldsmiths in my family, like my grandfather, who helped me with the choice.

Even though I love to make jewelery with real goldsmith techniques, I also love to make them in other ways. Especially with polymer clay. I love to create lifelike miniatures and ornaments, so that people won't realize they are fake. I love to see people faces when the see my creations, all the "AAH they make me so hungry"-comments just tell me that I have completed my goal.

And when I gratuaded from goldsmith school the next automatic step was to start study millinery. We here in Finlands millinery school learn also to make other accessories than just hats. I specially LOVE making bags from leather (with or without fabric). That is my passion. But also mini top hats, regular top hats, fascinators or other neck accessories than jewelry are very close to my heart :).
